Responsibilities:

• Project manage system development projects
• Requirement Gathering from stakeholders
• Project Documentation (Data Flow Diagram, Flow Charts, Database Structure, API documentation, system architecture design, site layout / user interface and etc.)
• Conduct meetings with Clients and internal teams
• Follow up on existing and prospective projects
• Managing expectations between clients and internal teams
• Effectively managing project resources and project timeline
• Contribute in the development of social media & data analytics related and / or mobile applications Additional advantage:
  • Develop web-based applications.
  • Assist lead developer in existing development works.
  • Assist in system architecture design.
  • Understanding of lean or SCRUM project management methodologies

Requirements:

• Ability to understand and create API documentation with the help of developers.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and GSuite (Google Docs and Spreadsheet)
• Solid digital and/or technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, Mobile App development, System Integration and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and being meticulous
• Knowledge in JIRA, Confluence and BitBucket / Git
